Sending A Little Love Your Way!

With Valentine's Day just around the corner, I thought I'd post this card.

I used Cherry Cobbler & Chocolate Chip with a little Crumb Cake & Very Vanilla thrown in.  The tiny envelope was made with the Petal Card Extra-Large Double Punch.  The tiny card was made with the Cute By The Inch set.  I also used the Modern Label Extra-Large Punch, Dotted Scalloped Ribbon Border Punch and the Heart To Heart Extra-Large Punch.  The heart seal on the envelope was made with the Itty Bitty Bits stamp set and Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack.  The tag was made with the Two Tags Die and stamped with the Dot Dot Dot stamp.  The tag was mounted on Cherry Cobbler stamped with the image from I {Heart} Hearts stamp set.  The sentiment was from the Short & Sweet stamp set.  Of course I sponged EVERYTHING!  I used a Basic Rhinestone on the tiny heart for some added BLING.  Enjoy!

Thanks for stopping by!

Elegant Simplicity

This card is very simple in design.  I made it a while back and thought it turned out so elegant. I only used two colors, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla.I love the ruffle technique with the ribbon.  It is very simple, just put down a piece of sticky strip, peel off the backing, place your ribbon down on the beginning of the sticky strip and smoosh (more like gather and push) the ribbon down onto the sticky strip as you go. When you get to the end, just snip off your ribbon at an angle & your done.  It doesn't have to be perfect, you can't mess it up! Enjoy!

Stop back again for another project!

Boy Oh Boy!

This is a card I made for a baby boy.  I really love the color combo of this card.  It has Crumb Cake (my favorite) and Baja Breeze.  How could you go wrong?  I used the Crumb Cake DSP as a background and the Fox & Friends Stamp set.  I also used the Baja Breeze Corduroy Buttons, Tiny Tags, Jewelry Tag Punch, Round Tab Extra Large Punch, Linen Thread & Vintage Trinkets.  I stamped the images on Very Vanilla cardstock and layered onto Crumb Cake and then layered that onto Baja Breeze.  I used Fabulous Phrases for the sentiment and added a little DSP to the inside along with a monkey.  The base was non other than Crumb Cake!!  Shocking, I know!  Enjoy!!!

Thanks for stopping by, come back again for another project!

Want Some Milk With That?

This was my first attempt at using the Milk Carton Die from Stampin" Up!  It was so easy to use.  I was playing around and added som hearts from the I {Heart} Hearts stamp set & a mini library clip. I can just imagine it filled with M&M's.  Of course I would have to have some milk too!!

I also used the Got Treats stamp set for the front, added a Rhinestone and popped up a tiny heart from the I {Heart} Hearts stamp set on a dimensional.

Stop back again soon, I will have more projects!

Welcome to my blog!!

It has been a long time coming!  I am so excited that I finally set up a blog.  I am new to the blogging world, or basically computers in general.  This past summer I signed up to be a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator after finally getting a laptop and internet.  The world of paper crafting was opened to me and there was no stopping now!!

I have always been into crafting in one way or another.  Crafting has always been something I have enjoyed.  It CALMS me.  I have a five year old daughter, Emma, who also enjoys creating.  She is very clever and witty.  We make a great team!

My hope for this blog is to share with you my projects that I make.  They will probably more that likely be SU! things like cards, treats, etc.  But if I make anything else, I will try to post those projects also.

So onto my first project for Valentine's Day:

As you can see, I have a lot to learn about photography too!! I will get the hang of things soon.  It will just take practice.

Stop back soon, I will have more Valentine's Day projects!

Amy
