Teacher Appreciation Gift

This is the gift that Emma will be bringing to Preschool with her today.  Since it is Teacher Appreciation Week we wanted to do something sweet for her teachers!  I have seen this idea all over the blogging world lately.  This is my take on it, hope you like it.

Inside is a Starbuck's Gift Card!

I printed the sentiment on Crumb Cake cardstock. I also stamped the A to Z stamp in Basic Black on the tag to dress it up a bit.  I thought what better stamp to use for teachers than the alphabet!  I also used the tiny cup from the Itty Bitty Bits stamp set and popped up the cup after punching it out with the Itty Bitty Punch Pack circle punch.  The ribbon I used was the 1-1/4" Basic Black Striped Grosgrain ribbon.  I LOVE this ribbon.  I punched out the sentiment with the 1-3/8" Circle punch and attached it to a piece of Basic Black cardstock punched out with the 1-3/4" Scallop Circle punch.  I popped that up with dimensionals and attached it to the tag.

Thanks for stopping by, come back soon for another project!

That is so cute! What a great idea--much more fun than just a gift card holder envelope would be! The colors are very classic too.

What kind of plastic did you use?

Hi Shirley,
The plastic I used came in a roll to wrap baskets. It was a clear cellophane. Hope that helps!

Hi Amy, What font style & size did you use for the message, "thanks a latte"?

I honestly cannot remember what fonts were used to make the tag. Sorry:( The Thanks A Latte I think is "A Red Bucket" but I am not sure where I got that font. I am not certain which font the "love emma" is from.
