Fresh Baked!

Happy Fourth of July!  Hope you had a great weekend.  I recently baked some banana bread for my neighbors.  They have been very helpful these past few weeks and I wanted to show them my appreciation.  I have to say it looked delicious and the house smelled wonderful, I just hope it tasted as good as it looked!

I used the top note die to cut some Very Vanilla cardstock and some heavy kraft cardstock I had on hand.  I distressed the Very Vanilla after cutting along the perforation and inked with some Vintage Photo distress ink.  I colored the image using my Stampin' Write markers and stamped it onto the Very Vanilla cardstock.  I adhered the two top notes together and punched some holes on the sides.  The bread was wrapped in parchment paper and I used some twine to tie the label to the package.  It is hard to see in the picture but I used some Dazzling Diamonds on the crust of the pie to give it a little bling.  I stamped my name with the Simple Alphabet set from Papertrey Ink.  The pie image is from an Anna Griffin stamp set my mother purchased a couple of years ago.

Thanks for stopping by, come back soon for another project!
