This was my inspiration, a purse. Granted it looks more paisley than circles and dots, but I don't have any paisley stamps...at least not yet!
I used Glossy Accents for the first time. It is awesome! I stamped this swirl image from the set in Wisteria Wonder and punched them out with the 1/2'' Circle Punch. Next I covered the circle with the Glossy Accents and let dry. I made my own embellishments super quick. It added dimension and shine to the card without being blingy..if that is even a word!
