Colorful Thank You

Hello everyone!  Happy Friday...here is another thank you I whipped up.  I used a purse as my inspiration since I had a mental block and couldn't come up with anything.  I originally made my own patterned paper using a circle & dot stamp set in various colors and planned on using that as my card base. When I was done stamping the background piece, I hit a road block again!  Then I decided to cut the paper into little strips and use it as accents and I was much happier with it.  Hope you like it!

 
This was my inspiration, a purse.  Granted it looks more paisley than circles and dots, but I don't have any paisley stamps...at least not yet!

I used Glossy Accents for the first time.  It is awesome!  I  stamped this swirl image from the set in Wisteria Wonder and punched them out with the 1/2'' Circle Punch.  Next I covered the circle with the Glossy Accents and let dry.  I made my own embellishments super quick.  It added dimension and shine to the card without being blingy..if that is even a word!
