This was of course all I needed to get me into the party mode. I hit Target and Walgreen's since their back to school supplies were such a great price, I couldn't pass them up for goodie bags! I also made a stop at Hobby Lobby for their fantastic party bags, very big and sturdy. Next up, the Internet!! I found a fabulous free printable here. I just printed, cut and assembled some goodies and voila! Being such short notice, I didn't send out invites, I just called the moms and invited their daughters so that was one less step. I also tried my hand at making tissue paper pom poms. How fun and easy, I of course watched a YouTube video to learn how to do it. Very inexpensive and a huge impact!
The girls has a blast! They had pizza and little snacks, played some games, played on the swing set and danced to loud music. All said an done, I think it was a success.

A glimpse of what was inside of the goodie bags! |
I also took a picture of each girl holding a sign showing what grade they will be in this year. I had them printed out and now I just have to deliver them. What a sweet keepsake from the party! The signs were from here.
Hope you all have a wonderful week!
Thank you so much for stopping by:)

SOOO cute! I love this idea. And what a fun and easy gift bag...full of school supplies! You did a great job, once again, Amy!
So cute Amy! I'm sure those little Pickers won't mind going back to school with a kick-off like that. I think I may have even recognized one of my old preschoolers :)
What a fun idea! It looks like a great time had by all!
