Hoppin' Down The Bunny Trail.....

Hello everyone!  I am super excited to share with you the treats I made for Emma's class.  She has 24 students in all and I wanted to make something that wouldn't take all day.  As much as I love to make crafty things, I have to remember that these are little kids and they are just going to rip it open!!  I also did up little bags of candy but I didn't snap a picture of them.  They were just made up of the little Easter bags from Wal-Mart.  While my husband and I were at Wal-Mart we also picked up boxes of crayons for the kids.  I wanted to use the new Polka Dot Parade #1 Mini Stamp Set and matching die I just bought from Papertrey Ink so this is what I came up with.

These were super easy to make and came together in no time!!  I snapped a few quick pics to show you what you need if you wanted to make something similar.
Above I have gathered all of the paper supplies for this project.  I took regular lunch sacks and trimmed them down to about five inches.  This size was perfect for placing the crayons flat and folding over the top of the bag.  The longest part of this whole process was die cutting the little bunnies.  The shipping tags are from Office Max and the doilies are from Hobby Lobby.

The ink I used was just a variety of spring-like colors.

I used Smokey Shadow for the "Bunny" sentiment on the tag.  I like the chunky look of this stamp on the tag.  I just adhered the bunny to the tag and used dimensional adhesive to pop the tail off the bunny.  Simple but yet it adds some dimension.

Once I folded the bag I then folded the doily in half and stapled the tag to the bag.  I used my Tiny Attacher from Tim Holtz to staple the tags.  Super simple but looks adorable.

Hope you enjoyed your visit today and I look forward to you coming back soon.  Thanks for stopping by!
